  • Medicare, health fund or healthcare identifiers where required

  • Communicate with you and other professionals involved in care (with consent)

  • Manage appointments, billing and practice operations

  • Meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations

AI-assisted clinical notes

Pearce Health may use secure AI-assisted tools to support clinical documentation. All notes are reviewed by your clinician before being finalised.

You may opt out of AI-assisted notes at any time by informing your clinician or contacting Pearce Health. Your care will not be affected if you choose to opt out.

Sharing information

Information is only shared when:

  • You have provided consent

  • It is necessary for your care

  • It is required by law

Pearce Health does not sell or trade personal information.

Storage, security and your rights

Pearce Health takes reasonable steps to protect personal information using secure digital systems and privacy safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

You may request access to your records or ask for corrections at any time, with requests usually responded to within 30 days. Where lawful and practicable, services may also be provided anonymously or using a pseudonym.

Personal information is not disclosed overseas unless required by law or with your consent.
